Health Check-up Benefit

  • The member must complete six months of continuous eligible membership to qualify.
  • The health check-up will consist of the tests/services included in the applicable programme package.
  • The programme may define different check-up packages according to age, gender, health requirements and availability.
  • Tests or services outside the eligible package may be charged separately.

Healthcare Benefit Bonus

  • A member who completes the required five-year eligible membership period may qualify for a Healthcare Benefit Bonus.
  • The applicable bonus may be 20%–40% of the eligible accumulated membership contribution, according to the programme rules applicable to that member.
  • The Healthcare Benefit Bonus is not a cash refund.
  • The bonus is intended to be used as an eligible healthcare/medicine benefit or discount as permitted under the programme.
  • The bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash unless expressly permitted by applicable law and the programme rules.
  • The exact calculation, eligible services, utilisation period and maximum utilisation limits will be displayed/provided to the member before the benefit becomes available.
