“Partner Provider” means a doctor, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, medical store, hospital or other healthcare/service provider participating with Jan Sehat Healthcare.
“Benefits” means discounts, consultations, check-ups, offers, guidance or other services made available under the applicable membership.
“Platform” means the Jan Sehat Healthcare website, mobile application, dashboard and related digital services.
By using Jan Sehat Healthcare, you confirm that:

Where recurring payment or AutoPay is available, the member may authorize recurring payments according to the selected membership frequency.
The member is responsible for maintaining sufficient funds and valid payment information.
If a recurring payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended or restricted until the applicable payment is successfully completed, subject to the membership terms.
Members should review the applicable payment authorization and cancellation instructions before activating AutoPay.

Doctors and healthcare professionals are independent professionals responsible for their own medical practice and professional decisions.

provided by a doctor is the responsibility of that doctor.
Jan Sehat Healthcare does not guarantee any particular diagnosis, treatment, recovery, medical result or health outcome.
Where appointment booking is available:
Jan Sehat Healthcare does not guarantee that a particular doctor will always be available at a particular time.
Jan Sehat Healthcare may facilitate access to participating laboratories and diagnostic services.
Laboratory services may include testing, sample collection, processing and report generation.
The participating laboratory is responsible for:

Product availability, pricing, discounts, stock, delivery, prescription requirements and fulfilment are subject to the respective pharmacy/medical store.
Where required by applicable law, a valid prescription must be provided before dispensing prescription medicines.
Jan Sehat Healthcare does not independently guarantee the availability, quality, suitability, authenticity, storage, dispensing or delivery of products supplied by independent third-party pharmacies or medical stores.
Where included in a membership plan, health check-ups or health camps will be provided according to the applicable membership terms and availability.
The nature, scope and timing of a check-up may depend on the applicable plan and participating healthcare provider.
A health check-up does not guarantee detection of every medical condition.
Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional whenever medically appropriate.
Where included, Jan Sehat Healthcare may provide general diet or health guidance.
Such guidance is intended for general informational/support purposes and may not be suitable for every individual.
People with specific medical conditions, pregnancy-related requirements, allergies, medication-related restrictions or other special healthcare needs should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.
Jan Sehat Healthcare is not an emergency medical response service.
In case of a medical emergency, users should immediately contact the appropriate emergency service or visit the nearest suitable hospital/emergency department.
The Platform should not be relied upon for emergency medical care.
